In 1988, Christine and Abdou Hajfani decided to take over Domaine de la Palle in Pongibaud (63). They organised numerous group receptions and weddings.

11 years later, they acquired the Domaine des Pierres Dorées in Ternand, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. At the time, it consisted solely of a restaurant and function room, but they went from strength to strength, building a comfortable hotel with 11 rooms and a swimming pool in the estate's wooded grounds. 

In the meantime, they gave birth to Pierre and Anaelle in 1992 and 1993, who were immersed in the world of hotels and events from an early age. After completing their studies, they both joined the family group.

In 2006, Christine, Abdou and their children left for Agadir in Morocco, a land of sun and golf, Abdou's country of origin. There, in the heart of the golf course, they built a magnificent 11-suite villa, Villa Riadana. This was followed by the purchase of Villa Darfani and Villa Darana.

Returning to France in 2012, the family bought Villa Fani in Thiers, an Art Deco villa that took over 4 years to renovate. The magnificent villa, now restored to its former glory, opened its doors in 2016. 

In 2018, the second generation came on board, with Pierre and Anaelle joining the group, and the transmission of know-how and experience began. The adventure then took a new direction and development accelerated. This was followed by the purchase and renovation of a number of hotels, particularly in the Cantal region, the development of a number of new hotels and the opening of a number of new ones.
